In order to ensure proper handling of your return, please follow these easy steps:
- Find the "Return Form" located on the back of your Packing Slip/Invoice and indicate the reason for return.
- If an exchange or replacement is requested, please include description, style #, size, color and quantity on the Return Form.
- Please include your account number on all correspondence.
- Enclose the Return Form along with the item being returned and send to:

- Please be sure to retain the invoice portion of your Packing Slip/Invoice in order to make a payment on the remainder of your order.

If you receive an item that does not measure up to your high standards, just return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If you paid by credit card, credits will be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. If you paid by another method, a refund will be issued without question.
Please note that exchanges are processed as one transaction. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, you will receive a credit on your credit card or a refund.
If the item you are exchanging for costs more than the original item, you will receive an invoice along with the item for any balance due. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
